Foreclosed: Rehousing the American Dream 2012
In the summer of 2011, five interdisciplinary teams—comprising architects, urban planners, ecologists, engineers, and landscape designers—convened at MoMA PS1 for a series of public workshops exploring new models for housing and transportation infrastructure. Led by MOS, Visible Weather, Studio Gang, WORKac, and Zago Architecture, each team examined a site within one of five U.S. “megaregions,” proposing innovative strategies to catalyze transformation in American suburbs. As part of the design team at Studio Gang, I participated in the development and execution of all physical models and fabrication studies, supporting design research.
