Pilsen Rehab 2016

Originally built in 1891 as a neighborhood saloon, this Pilsen space was reimagined as a flexible live/work environment. The design honors the building’s past by preserving fragments of its historic ornamentation, allowing yesterday’s craftsmanship to coexist with a contemporary spatial language.
